Rebuilding of Combi 33 with 3 stunning boxes into Combi 34 with 4 boxes.
Rebuilding of Combi 44 with 4 stunning boxes into Combi 45 with 5 boxes.

Hoists gates
Rebuilding of Combi 33-88 into stunning boxes with hoist gate and sliding gate at the entrance to the stunning system.
Advantage:
Larger entrance to the stunning boxes and more space, since the saloon doors are removed from the boxes

Sliding gate
Rebuilding of Combi 33-88 by replacing stainless steel doors by pneumatic sliding gates.
Advantage:
Possibility of automatic opening the entrance gate when the box is in entrance position. The operator then gains more time to handle the pigs.

Central lubrication
New type of central lubrication with a bigger oil reservoir which provides better lubrication of the stunning system.
Advantage:
Longer life of chain and bearings.

CO2-flowmeter
Analyses and logs the current consumption of the CO2-stunning system.
Advantage:
You can continuously supervise if there is a uniform consumption of CO2. In that way faults of calibration and adjustment can be discovered and corrected before a prolonged overconsumption of CO2 becomes a reality.

CO2-measuring
Rebuilding/exchanging of the analogous regulator (Witromat) into a digital regulator

Improved operational reliability.

Rebuilding of closed runway systems into automatic driveways leading the pigs into the stunning system.
