Butina CO2 DipLift Multi applies to smaller slaughterhouses with slaughtering of more species, who want to implement technology within CO2-stunning of pigs, lamb and sheep and focus on animal welfare and quality.

DESCRIPTION OF STUNNING SYSTEM
The standard design of the Butina CO2 Dip-Lift Multi is stainless and galvanized supplemented with solid and thoroughly tested standard components and technologies, which prevent the animals from getting stess.
The concept for this product is based on the animals being driven forward to the stunning system in groups. The animals are divided into tailored groups and driven into the stunning boxes, which move down into the CO2-atmosphere according to the lift principle. After the stunnning, the animals are tipped out from the stunning box for shackling and sticking.

CAPACITIES
The CO2-stunning system can manage the following capacities:

      5 pigs per stunning box / 105-119 pigs per hour
      10 lamb per stunning box / 200 - 220 lamb per hour
