Visstik applies to slaughter houses who want to implement automatic stick control to assure that all pigs have been stuck correctly and thereby increase the animal welfare.

DESCRIPTION OF VISSTIK
With the installation of automatic stick control live pigs in the scalding process can be avoided. Visstik is a patented system based on vision tecnology. The system consistes of a camera chich by means of a lamp with constant backlight takes two immagees of each pig. Software controls if blood is running from the pig and if the two immages are eaqual the conveyor automatically stops for manual control and sticking. Interface to a remote PC.
